Sucks !
I'm old (not so-old) and never attended a single Halloween party. (Di pa yata uso yan nung kabataan ko). Next year I will include that on my "things to do" list.
Just noticed, vampires are all famous now.

Want a nice suck?

The Sandwich Guy
An alarming email from The Sandwich Guy customer was circulating the internet stating his bad experience with this food station, but that was a year ago. ( I don't even know if that was for real or if the case was resolved).
It's my first taste of the product (since I was hesitant to buy their sandwich maybe because of the article..) but I can say it's good, and I'm craving for more ...

Run . . .
Fun Run is everywhere. Got your nice pair of running shoes?

Running Shoes to Run Away From
By ThirdAge News Staff
Running shoes can sometimes cost an arm and a leg (or a foot), but new research has found the best shoes aren’t necessarily the most expensive.
The New York Times spoke with Rami J. Abboud, director of the Institute of Motion Analysis and Research at the University of Dundee in Scotland.
Abboud says: “The perception is that if you pay more, you will get better shoes...our research did not show that.”
Rather, it seems a shoe that fits correctly is the best option, particularly for runners.
Check out Runningshoes.com for a large selection of shoes apparel by brand.
