That Bright Weather Condition . . .
Stressed? ... better watch this video.
I can't understand the language but I think even if you do, you can't really tell me what is being said in that weather report.
That wonderful weather announcer knows how to laugh, doesn't she? (Still, laughter is the best medicine!)
