5K

40 mins 57 secs. That’s my official time for 5K run at the recently concluded Unilab Run United 2 2011 held at Bonifacio Global City. A bit slow, pero ok na rin diko na kinakarer ang pagtakbo. After a month of having no physical activity or any practive, safe naman akong nkarating sa finish line.

What I like about the Unilab sponsored run is, the event is well organized, the place is accessible at syempre ang daming freebies and games. I’m looking forward for the next league in November.

The Great Male Survey 2011

This one caught my attention, the greatmalesurvey.com 


Although the survey took place in America, pwede ring basehan dito yan anyway nasa modern age na naman tayong mga pinoy.


Here are the results -- concrete data and actual numbers -- that shed serious light on how the modern man thinks and behaves professionally, romantically and in his downtime, in 2011. 

• 78% of men believe they can tell if a woman is faking an orgasm.

• 50% of men have lied about the number of sex partners they've had

• 48% of men said they would dump their partner if she became fat.

• 32% of believe that beer is the ultimate man's drink.

• 46% of men rank potential for career growth as the most important job factor.

• 48% of men would punch their colleague in the face, while only 29% of men would punch their boss.

• 27% of men believe in angels (4% more than last year).

• 74% of men think that "sexting" is cheating if you're in a relationship.

• 17% of men believe revolution is the best way to reboot America's economy.

Heroes

Alam ko Superhero fanatic ka. We all grew up watching movies and stuff of them habang ginagaya kung pano nila talunin ang mga kalaban sa tulong ng special powers nila.


I heard once, "sinong mas magaling si superman o si batman?" Di nagkasundo yung dalawang bata, ayun ang ending suntukan.


Of course they are all great. Though may mga weaknesses, still they are superheroes. My question is who do you think is better if not the best in playing the role of the superhero.
