5K

40 mins 57 secs. That’s my official time for 5K run at the recently concluded Unilab Run United 2 2011 held at Bonifacio Global City. A bit slow, pero ok na rin diko na kinakarer ang pagtakbo. After a month of having no physical activity or any practive, safe naman akong nkarating sa finish line.

What I like about the Unilab sponsored run is, the event is well organized, the place is accessible at syempre ang daming freebies and games. I’m looking forward for the next league in November.

Sori sa blurred photo, kuha ko lang from a print photo via ipod camera.

Shaking!

A bit cold outside or maybe because I’m just not feeling that well. May hangover pa sa bakasyon. I’m having a hard time waking up in the morning and prepare myself for another 8-hour stay in the office with all the tambak na trabaho. (pero masaya sa department namin!) By the way that morning shower makes me shiver so, it’s the weather!

Balik sa office namin, this friday will be our traditional hand-shake as scheduled. That is our company’s yearly event wherein the Executives - the Board, the Stockholders, the VIPs of the organization are coming in to greet each and everyone of us a Happy New Year. (Makakaharap ko na naman ng face to face ang mga big time at ilang Happy new year sir/ma’am na naman ang babanggitin ko).

I wish someday I will be lined up to the team also.

The Secret is in here ...

Folks, have you heard about “Asian Secrets”? It’s actually a new addition in the product line of Unilab.

(see product ad below):

Timely, my gf said she was giving up those brands she used to have so I better surprise her with this one.

A month or so, hey, I can’t resist her smile every time we hang-out. I think she found a new bff in Asian Secrets. Yes I can see the glow in her skin and guess what, she even insists me to try this one. Well, shouldn’t I?

(Asian Secrets is available at Watsons near you.)

Enjoying the 7 belts ...

From zero to hero, Manny Pacquiao is set to do his new job as Councilman. (Does it mean boxing is no longer on top of his list?)

Meanwhile, this particular ad campaign of Alaxan brand with him carrying all his seven belts in different boxing division is eye-catching.

That's our Man!

Future in the Eyes Of Innocence

Just recently, our company launched this photography contest for all it's employees with the theme of modern perspective for "Bayanihan". (Sadly, my entry didn't make it...)

I have no photography background, but I thought I have to take a shot so here's my work ...

This is entitled "Future in the eyes of Innocence"

I think the development of child's growth to be a better individual has a great impact in conquering the world of tomorrow. Working and playing together with unity have this strong component in the Bayanihan way of living. A free environment has a lot to offer for them to embark the journey for a better future. Just look upon their eyes, you know that a soaring eagle has come to unleash ...

Unilab Run United for Wellness

“ Regular running and jogging is a good way to improve your health and fitness. These provide a great cardiovascular workout, strengthen and tone your muscles. These also give better overall physical condition as well as some other health benefits, including mental benefits such as relaxation and reduction of anxiety. "
---- motleyhealth.com

Our environment today contributes a lot on the lifestyle of every individual especially here in the Metro where people are exposed in this city’s walk of life. That’s why they are getting more conscious with their health. Engaging in physical activities as we all know is much recommended.

Together with the family, it is nice to see how it works, isn’t it?

With all the wellness events conducted by different organization nowadays, I think this one is great and a more interesting gathering . . .

Beyond Limits!

A busy week.. good it's over, enough with our preparation for our company's annual event called "Bayanihan Day". This year's theme 'Beyond Limits' is a challenge with the organization.

Think of it, we can also set our goal beyond limits as an individual, make yourselves better (if not the best).

..just like this proudly pinoy group (one of the guests in the event)

The Philippine Allstars (a hiphop group with countless international championship titles)

(great move guys!)

Lousy Monday!

Bad trip 'to! I'm suffering from cold since yesterday. I can't concentrate on my paperworks in the office 'buti na lang I have no much deadlines.. 'Cant wait for the summer (i'm thinking 'bout activity that is something unusual!).

Meantime, I have to take my med again courtesy of Unilab. I got my med from our main clinic, 'yung nurse namin sa clinic sa office masungit ang sama tumingin (buti sana kung kamukha sya ni Paris Hilton!)

My babe is a 100x prettier that her! (hehe!)

(hi babe!)
