Stressed!

Finally it’s weekend. This past days has become stressful. Talking to some of our fieldmen give me a hypertension, but I know that’s part of the job so sige lang.

If it’s true that young billionaire Mark Zuckerberg will put Facebook to an end, I will understand. Managing a millions of people around the globe is a big deal. And here’s the point, without Facebook, people will have to go outside and make real friends. That’s always a good thing. That’s fine with me, buti na lang we have this blog, you don't have to go outside to collect friends, right? That saves the day.

Forget the stress. We’re planning to watch Gulliver’s Travels. (Thanks to Citibank perks, ok ang movie passes!) I read a book of this epic story so this is not new to me. Starring Jack Black, this comedy version will surely be a hilarious one since Mr. Black is really hilarious!

Relaxing!

Ang bilis ng panahon! I know it’s a bit cold now, but summer is definitely just around the corner. You’re waiting for it, right? Possibly it’s the most exciting season in the country where everyone is cruising outside. I must better save now for that.

On the other hand, when I was a kid I always dream of a snow experience in here and realized that I am living in a third world country. How can we afford all those stuff for winter? You know what I mean. Syet! How I love my tropic nation!

While I’m waiting for the summer, unwind muna tayo dito ..

The Chick

I just learned about this chicken restaurant called Peri-Peri, a newly opened branch at nearby mall. Mukhang masarap ‘yung chicken sa photo so I better check this one.

Here we go!

As we entered the place, the crews (alltogether) greeted us by “OLA!” (okay ang tempo, sabay-sabay, parang gusto kong sumagot ng MABUHAY!) I found out they serve a Portuguese style grilled chicken.

I ordered this Hot Everyday Meal. A large serving, and it’s not just hot, it’s extremely hot! With a P49 unlimited iced tea and soup for the day, solve ang dinner!

Shaking!

A bit cold outside or maybe because I’m just not feeling that well. May hangover pa sa bakasyon. I’m having a hard time waking up in the morning and prepare myself for another 8-hour stay in the office with all the tambak na trabaho. (pero masaya sa department namin!) By the way that morning shower makes me shiver so, it’s the weather!

Balik sa office namin, this friday will be our traditional hand-shake as scheduled. That is our company’s yearly event wherein the Executives - the Board, the Stockholders, the VIPs of the organization are coming in to greet each and everyone of us a Happy New Year. (Makakaharap ko na naman ng face to face ang mga big time at ilang Happy new year sir/ma’am na naman ang babanggitin ko).

I wish someday I will be lined up to the team also.

Coffee break

Vacation is over and this 2011? No more lates. I'm just hoping I can sustain that.

Anyway, I was on my last drop of my favorite Starbucks coffee, the Caramel Macchiato and it's done! 17 stickers were stamped already and finally my gf got her minimithing Limited Edition Starbucks 2011 Planner. (Yes, she spent for 17 coffees since Christmas time) Kaya medyo nagiging magugulatin na sya hehe, babe peace tayo!

It's a nice thing 'though.
