It's Fun to Run


Philippine Daily Inquirer recently held 25 for 25, a fun run event in celebration of the nation’s leading newspaper 25th year anniversary at Bonifacio Global City. This was actually my first run for this year. I finished my 5K run at 43 minutes. (Di nalalayo sa last time record ko, walang masyadong improvement. Ganun yata talaga kapag tumatanda na!)

 
"Running is a fabulous workout to condition your body. It serves as the perfect remedy to get rid of your flabby abs and shed those extra pounds on your body. Not only it helps in fastening your weight loss program, but also it helps to overcome aging problem and thus makes you look ten years younger. Konting effort pa, career na ‘to, (hehe)! Meanwhile, I think I need some good massage here. That was a bit tiring.


























I'm getting ready for my 10K run next week.

Ilang laps naikot mo? hehe! that's good brother keaton, pampabawas ng mantika s katawan yan hehe! ska to make our bones stronger and it also activates our heart. kya ano png hinihintay ko, MKIKITAKBO na rin hehehe!
