Dining at 'Cue Modern Barbecue

Have a nice barbecue experience at ‘Cue Modern Barbecue located at Bonifacio High Street Central. Choose your own meat and flavorful sauces & toppings. Just tell them how you want it done.

It was one rainy Sunday evening when we went at the place. We’re lucky to have that roundtable available for five as seats inside were nearly filled. View from afar is the decorated fountain set in the platform outside. Choices of newly opened shops and other food houses beside the venue are available for visit.

‘Cue is a good place for some chillax moments having a nice food and beverages lineup. From Pasta to Steak, from Teas to Wines, they have it.

The Menu card is well presented. We had Crunchy Baby Squid for the start. Perfect with some beer, right? So why not indulge.

Wild Arugula salad is fine but I’m not a fan. (The natural taste of the leaves is too strong for me.)

I enjoyed their Spicy Fried Wings which was served hot. The yummy Baby Back Ribs was juicy and tender.

Cajun Blackened Salmon Steak was perfectly dipped in oatmeal mash with some green on the side.

There will be a second time.

Life’s a beach!

Summer is gone already but no one can stop the heat in this surf-themed restaurant along C5-Pasig area called SUNRISE BUCKETS.

The place is accessible and a good spot for some acquaintances. Alongside of the shop is Starbucks so you can have your coffee after your dining. Some foods in the menu are not available during our visit but our orders are good enough for some feel at home dining treat.

Have your 13 flavors of mouthwatering buffalo wings and other savory things where it’s always sunny and surf-happy.

Spicy!

We were looking for a nice place to eat in one rainy Saturday afternoon when crossed at the Veranda side of the mall and found this not so big restaurant yet interesting menu list.

8 Spices Thai Cuisine, The Home of the authentic Thai Cuisine serves a wide variety of food that will definitely enjoy by us, Pinoy. As we all know, Thai food is usually (very) strong and flavorful. I remember sometimes ago when I dined at Thai at Silk in Serendra, The Fort.

Just by looking at their menu was enough to get me salivating. Got noticed the ceiling, nice!

It’s time to fill in.

Plating was done good, very detailed. (though wala akong alam sa ganun)

I enjoyed their Thai Spring Rolls, veggies wrapped in crispy. It was malinamnam, (ayos!)

The Bagoong Fried Rice is quite good. The taste was complimented with green mango strips and pork bits on the side. (Pwede na kahit walang ulam)

Thai Spare Ribs with Garlic is fine. Pwedeng balik-balikan!

I would love to try their other specialties next time.

The POCO DELI

Fasting this past Lenten Week and now craving.

Sing-init ng summer ang sarap na matikman ang mga pagkaing nakahain!

So I’m ready for some food tripping the metro has to offer. It was recently that I discovered Milky & Sunny in Pasig and now I learned there’s more food shop and restaurants along the streets where it is located.

Specializing in premium, hand crafted, traditional German sausages and deli meats, POCO DELI is a newly opened shop to chill and have a cool dining experience. A bit small but the warm atmosphere inside is good enough for the stay.

The appetizing wide variety of food in the menu (literally, malaki yung menu list nila) shows that only the premium, fresh, all natural, prime meats are being served.

Milky & Sunny

It’s my second visit to this newfound resto called Milky & Sunny somewhere in Pasig. A bit small but the place is neat and accommodating. Interiors are very light that welcome guests for a convenient stay. Besides, it’s a few blocks away from our office so I can escape sa paulit-ulit na food sa’ming canteen.

Here you can find the best in ‘Pinas – the TAPsilog, LONGsilog, HOTsilog, etc. They also serve Pasta, variety of Salad, Spring Rolls and their hit - Pancake and French Toast with all the flavors. Pasok sa budget. So tara, let’s eat!

An art lover? You can feast your eyes with the displayed paintings in the wall and that’s for SALE. Ask the crew for other designs and details.

At the Cafe

Café Juanita sets the mood for a nice and warm stay to satisfy your appetite. They offer a familiar lineup of food menu but prepared and served in superior quality with a different twist. Price range is quite similar to some other fine dining restaurant. It’s the experience that will make you decide to keep coming back.

I was surprised of the interior design of the place (kahit wala akong alam sa interior design). Furnitures and decorations are well maintained at mukhang antiques. The colors compliment the ambiance of the place. The pianist plays a relax and beautiful songs. If you want a romantic date, try this one.
